How it works

From a store in the States to your hands in the islands.

It is three steps, and only the first one is yours. Everything after that — receiving, checking, combining, paperwork and loading — happens on our side at Port Everglades. Most shipments go out by sea, and anything urgent can go by air.

01

Send your order to us

Shop with any US store and have it shipped to our Port Everglades address, or tell us what you need and we will buy it for you. Every package that arrives is logged against your name.

  • Call or text us and tell us what is coming and roughly when.
  • We confirm the exact receiving address and how to write your name on the label.
  • Use the same name on every order so we can match and combine them.
  • Send us the tracking numbers — we watch for each box as it lands.
  • Tell us when your last package is due, and we schedule the shipment.
02

We receive and combine it

We check the boxes in, hold them at no charge while the rest of your order arrives, then consolidate everything into one shipment so you pay to move one load instead of five.

03

We ship it to you in the Bahamas

Your load leaves Port Everglades — by sea, or by air when it cannot wait. Express air service can arrive next day, depending on the size and weight of the shipment. We tell you when it is on its way and when it lands, and you can arrange collection at the port or ask us about delivery on the island.

By sea

Scheduled sailings out of Port Everglades. The cheapest way to move barrels, pallets, furniture and store stock, charged on the space it takes up.

By air

For anything with a deadline — parts, electronics, medical and business supplies. Express air service is available, and it can arrive next day depending on the size and weight of the shipment. Ask us and we will tell you honestly whether it should fly or sail.

Express air service can arrive next day, depending on the size and weight of the shipment — we will confirm what is realistic for your load before anything moves. Beyond that, delivery timing depends on the sailing or the flight and your island, so we tell you what applies to your shipment rather than quoting a number that may not hold. Ask us when you request a quote.

Why consolidate

Four small boxes cost more to move than one combined load.

When you order from more than one store, the packages rarely arrive on the same day. Rather than sending each one as it lands, we hold them on the shelf until your order is complete, then combine everything into a single shipment.

We will also repack or re-box items where it helps, and take away the retail packaging that adds weight and bulk without protecting anything.
